The government of Kuwait has embarked on an ambitious Public Private Partnership (PPP) program that establishes collaboration between public and private sectors to develop quality infrastructure and services projects for The State of Kuwait. "Chemolex Company produces clean biofuel from the invasive water hyacinth plant by applying its patented advanced bio-conversion technology.
